Improve your chest pass
Around the Academy:

Introduction

The most commonly used pass in the speedy game of netball is the chest pass.

It's a flat pass which means it should travel from the passer to the receiver in a straight line - but don't worry if they sometimes go astray!

Chest passes aren't only used to get the ball into the attacking zone.

Players often use them to make throw-ins when the ball goes out of play.
