Meet netball's captain fantastic
Around the Academy:

Olivia Murphy
Captaining England just makes Olivia smile
Introduction

Forget David Beckham and Nasser Hussain the England captain with the best ball control is Olivia Murphy!

Murphy has worn the skipper's armband for the national netball team since May 2000.

And just why is she captain fantastic?

Well, she's not only an attacking force on the court, she's also pretty good at keeping her team-mates focused.

Olivia's calming voice can often be heard giving encouragement during the match mayhem.

Since taking over as captain, Murphy has led England to a string of wins.

Pride of place on the 25-year-old's mantelpiece are her World and Commonwealth bronze medals.

And while Mr Beckham might make plenty of cash, it's Miss Murphy you'll want to turn to for financial advice.

That's because when she's not playing netball, she's an accountant!
