Do u know your sporting anthems?
Around the Academy:

How many times have you been lost for words when the national anthem's boomed across the sound system at a football match?

The Sport Academy makes sure you are word perfect for next time - and gives you the lowdown on other famous sporting songs.

We'll start off with the one most people struggle to get their head around.

This, surprisingly, is the United Kingdom's anthem God Save the Queen.

Most people can just about cope with the first verse.

But when the music starts for the second verse - as it did for each of England's World Cup games - you're in all sorts of trouble.

God Save the Queen

God save our gracious Queen!
Long live our noble Queen!
God save the Queen!
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us,
God save the Queen.

Thy choicest gifts in store
On her be pleased to pour,
Long may she reign.
May she defend our laws,
And ever give us cause,
To sing with heart and voice,
God save the Queen.
