Warming up will help prevent injuring yourself
To help prevent injury and accidents in our everyday lives, we all need to follow simple rules and guidelines to help keep us safe.
Guidelines such as the Green Cross Code, not to play with matches, don't go off with strangers, things like that. It's the same with playing sport, keep within the rules and be sensible and you will minimise the possibility of getting hurt. There are several ways of helping prevent injury which include:
