Personal trainers put you through your paces

What is the best thing about the job?
I love being self-employed because you can map out your own life without being told exactly what to do.

I actually work for The Tonic and they set me up with all kinds of different people which is great.

You can even meet some famous people if you want to although I get more of a buzz from training elite athletes.

They are unbelievably fit.

You also get to help people and you can watch the rewards as their fitness levels improve or the rehabilitation program starts to succeed.

It may just be that you help someone lose a few pounds or you may turn them from coach potato to marathon runner.

What is the worst thing?
It is definitely getting up at 5am to motivate someone to exercise. That can be tough!
