Get warmed up with Angellica!
Around the Academy:

My name is Angellica Bell and I am going to take you through some upper body stretches to help you get warmed up for the full fitness workout.

Watch my stretch tips in video

Stretching is a vital part of exercising because it reduces any risk of injury.

It can also help to improve your performance.

Make sure you hold all the stretches for between 20 and 30 seconds.
