How competitive are you?

How competitive are you?
Arnie tells Lance Armstrong "I'll be back"

COMPETITIVENESS

Your Score: Over 70 = Competitor
This score indicates that you love to compete. Perhaps the thought of competing helps keep you motivated to train.

Or you know you perform better when you compete rather than in training.

Whatever the reason, you should choose sports that enable you to take part in tournaments and competitions on a regular basis.

Your score: 50-70
You cannot choose between competing and participating. Perhaps you get enjoyment from competition AND training.

Or maybe you get enjoyment from neither. Liking both is great, as it will be easier to stay motivated at all times.

Your score: Less than 50 = Participator
So it's the taking part that you enjoy, not the competition. That's great, it means that you enjoy all your training/exercise sessions.

And don't feel the need to compete to get a buzz. There are lots of activities that give you the chance to participate without needing to compete.

Most sports clubs have members who are just there to train. Aerobics and dance classes are ideal for active people who prefer not to compete.
