This man's feet work brilliantly to score goals for fun

CO-ORDINATION

Your score: Over 70
Wahoo! You scored in the highest group.

But don't get smug! This is a trainable factor that means that you have to practise to improve.

So if you don't get practising not only might you lose ability, but others may start to improve around you and leave you behind.

Have a look at the training tips for ideas on developing your co-ordination.

Or why not try a sport which needs co-ordination, such as tennis, badminton, squash, volleyball, basketball, rugby and cricket?

Your score: 50-74
Well done. It's a really good score.

But there's definitely room for improvement. Everyone has to practise their co-ordination, even David Beckham.

Why not have a look at the training tips to see what you can do to improve.

Do the test again in a week or so and see if you've improved, some people improve quicker than others, so don't worry if it takes a bit time!

Your score: 25-49
That's quite good. Co-ordination is a trainable factor. In other words, you have to practise to get a high score.

Some people improve quicker than others, but with a lot of practice we all have the potential to excel.

If you want to improve then take a look at the training tips, especially if you want to do sports that require co-ordination such as racket sports, hockey, rugby, football, volleyball and basketball.

Your score: Less than 25 = beginner
Eek, you scored in the bottom group! But don't worry. This is a trainable factor.

You are not born with the ability to throw and catch a ball quickly and easily, you have to practice it.
