But there's definitely room for improvement. Everyone has to practise their co-ordination, even David Beckham.

Do the test again in a week or so and see if you've improved, some people improve quicker than others, so don't worry if it takes a bit time!

Some people improve quicker than others, but with a lot of practice we all have the potential to excel.
If you want to improve then take a look at the training tips, especially if you want to do sports that require co-ordination such as racket sports, hockey, rugby, football, volleyball and basketball.
Your score: Less than 25 = beginner
You are not born with the ability to throw and catch a ball quickly and easily, you have to practice it.
