Becky (yes, that's her!) was a big swimmer as a kid
I use the gym at least twice a week. I've also got a yoga video, but I get bored quite quickly watching that. I need something else to look at, not just at the TV. I try to keep fit in other ways too. For example, I always use the stairs rather than taking the lift - unless I'm in a real hurry! Stretchy sister I also have to walk a mile to the tube station every day on the way to and from work, and I go cycling most weekends. I love to go swimming, it's a really great way to keep fit. But unfortunately, I don't go as often as I would like to because I don't get the time. I'm reasonably fit, but the fittest person I know is my sister, who's a dancer. She's only 5ft 1in, but she loves stretching. She can't be in front of the TV slouching, she'll be on the floor doing the splits!
