Like most people, Becky enjoys a Chinese takeaway
I don't really watch what I eat, I've never been on a diet, so I'm quite lucky. But I try to eat healthily. I always say to people who are on diets "just exercise!" because nine times out of 10 they are not exercising and that's where the problem is. I make sure I eat my fruit and vegetables and don't eat chips every day in the canteen.
I just try to be sensible about my diet. If I've done a lot of exercise or feel like I've eaten the right foods, I'll treat myself to ice cream, which I love. I also love eating Chinese food, but my favourite dish is paella. I'm not the best cook though, I get bored very easily. If I'm not hungry, I don't want to think about food, but if I am hungry, I need to eat then and there. So it needs to be something someone has cooked for me, or something I can pull out of the freezer and stick in a microwave. I make a pretty good spaghetti bolognaise though!
