Around the Academy:

Step one

Put your bottom on the seat and choose which program you want to select.

Usually there are a number of options.

The main two are the manual time or distance selections.

However, there are extra programs where you can race against the computer and try interval rowing.

Now sit upright in the seat and take hold of the rowing handle with your knees bent.
