Star jump
Introduction

Star jumps are a good way of exercising your legs and your shoulders.

There are two types of star jump.

  • The star burst which is done in one quick movement

  • The two step star jump where you land with your feet out wide before returning to the standing position.

    We are going to show you how to do the star burst.

    The starting position is standing straight up with your arms by your side.



  • Introduction
    Step 1
    Step 2
    Step 3

    Step ups

    Target muscles
    Glutes (bottom)
    Hamstrings
    Deltoids

    Support muscles
    Inner and outer thighs
