Take the perfect penalty corner
Around the Academy:

Take the perfect penalty like England hot-shot Ben Hawes

Hi, my name's Ben Hawes and I represented Great Britain at the Athens Olympic Games.

This is my guide to taking a perfect penalty corner.

Penalty corners provide great goalscoring opportunities - so make sure they don't go to waste!

Watch my masterclass:

A penalty corner is similar to a free kick in football.

It's the attacking team's job to get a clean shot on goal as quickly as possible before being closed down by the defence.

The drag flick is the most effective technique to use, while power and accuracy are the keys to success.

So if you want YOUR opponents to pay the penalty, check out my video masterclass now.

Just click on the icon above - then get out there and try it out for yourself.

And remember - have fun!
