How often do you go through the day having eaten five portions of fruit or vegetables? Thought so? Well we can help you change that. The Food Standards Agency recommends that everyone has five portions of fruit or vegetables per day in their diet. To do this you'll have to eat fruit or veg as part of every meal and as a snack in between. It may sound difficult but that is where we can help.
The Academy has devised a dietary plan for you to follow which will make it easy. Here it is:
Don't worry if you don't manage this every day to begin with. But stick at it and the routine shouldn't be hard to keep going.
