Practice with Padraig
Around the Academy:

Check out Padraig's masterclass
How can a towel and two club covers help improve your golf swing?

Just ask Padraig Harrington, who wouldn't be without his furry friends.

He uses them in training to help position his body as he goes to strike the ball.

Confused? Then watch Padraig's practice masterclass to see how it's done.

Padraig's top practice tips:

  • Vary your practice throughout the year. Work on your swing during the winter and your short game in the summer

  • Spend 20 minutes before each game working on your chipping, putting and bunker shots. This will really help to improve your handicap
