Sink that pressure putt with Seve
Around the Academy:

Seve shows you how to get out of a bunker

If there's one golfer who's made more than his fair share of pressure putts, it's Seve Ballesteros.

As the tension mounts, so do the nerves and the simplest of putts often become the most difficult shot in the book.

But, with a little help from the BBC Sport golf team, Seve shows you how to sink that all-important putt every time.

Watch Seve's masterclass

Seve's handy hints:

  • Calm your nerves by taking deep, slow breaths

  • Don't grip the putter too tight - put the same amount of pressure on both hands

  • Be positive!
