It's bunker time with Seve!
Around the Academy:

Seve shows you how to get out of a bunker

He's an absolute legend and is one of the most talented players ever to grace the world's golf courses.

Seve Ballesteros has three Open Championship trophies to his name and even captained the successful 1997 European Ryder Cup team.

And with some help from the BBC Sport team, including Ken Brown, the Super Spaniard gives you his tips on getting out of a bunker.

Watch Seve's masterclass

It's always incredibly frustrating to see your ball pop into that sandy trap so check out how best to escape.

Seve's top tips for bunker shots:

  • This shot is all about getting the club face right under the ball - so make sure you hit down.

  • And if you're a right-handed player, getting your weight over your left side will help the shot. Vice-versa for left-handers.

So good luck everybody. And don't worry about the sand!
