How practice can make perfect
Around the Academy:

Practice is key to the mental and technical sides
Practice can make perfect when used properly

Training and practice for any sport should replicate competition, otherwise practice and competition become two separate entities.

Practice will then become useless.

When a golfer is on a driving range too often the last ball he plays is the only one with any pressure because they want to finish on a high.

When on the driving range you should visualise one or various holes on the golf course and play as if you are driving down the fairway or pitching for the green.

Doing this trains the brain to deal with playing on the course as where you play your golf.

That will help the body react positively to each course you play on.
