Top lady golfer Annika Sorenstam
Annika Sorenstam's psychology began early in life

You've trained your body for your sport, now it's time to train your brain.

Tiger Woods and Annika Sorenstam, the top male and female golfers in the World were introduced to mental skills training at an early age.

Many others have used psychology as part of their preparation.

With the help of performance psychologist Dr Mark Elliott, who has worked with many golfers, the Academy is here to help you get that handicap down.
