Youngest ever Open qualifier

I got to meet Tiger Woods whilst I was at the Open.

It was pretty brief but it was a big moment for me, it's something that will always stick with me.

I got introduced to Tiger's coach Butch Harmon and he said, "nice to meet you come and meet Tiger."

Tiger was practising and he stopped and came over to say hello.

He shook my hand and said, "I've read a lot about you. You've done awesome getting here - just stick with it."

I was like, "all right Tiger."

It was a good confidence boost.

Tiger's one of my heroes. He's done such an amazing amount for golf.

When I first started golf I got a lot of stick from my mates saying it was a stuffy old man's sport.

Then Tiger came along and now when people find out I play they say, "oh that's cool."

I'm a Man Utd fan but I'm a proper one. I was born in Manchester and lived there until I was five Football was my first love, I just started smashing the greenhouse with golf balls instead of a football Zane on football

I love cars too. Getting my own one was a big day for me. I'm lucky enough to get a car from Haymill Saab, it's a cool car to have Zane on cars
