Get dribbling like Damien Duff
Around the Academy:

Putting cones in a zig-zag formation will make it tougher

Players like Damien Duff and Thierry Henry have been so successful because defenders hate players that can run at them.

And particularly running at them with the ball at speed.

Practising your dribbling will work wonders for your touch and balance on the ball.

Start by dribbling through cones placed in a straight line

Practice: Weaving in and out of cones will put extra pressure on you to keep the ball close to your feet.

But with your head up enough to see where the next cones are.

As you improve try to complete the dribble even quicker, and make the exercise even tougher.

Try putting the cones in a zig-zag formation rather than just a straight line.
