How to improve your control
Around the Academy:

Thigh control

Zinedine Zidane is the best in the world at it.

You always hear people talking about how important a good first touch is and getting the ball under control.

So alongside passing, this is an area which, if you can get right, will hugley improve your game.

The basics of control are the same whether you are controlling the ball with your feet, thigh, chest or head.
