England's run has come to an end and so too has our keepy-up competition.

Best under-16 boy & girl each win red Umbro England shirt Best under-12 boy & girl each win a keepy-up game and an Xchange football kit The overall winner will have the chance to perform on BBC1 as part of Sport Relief on Saturday 10 July.
