Fancy yourself as a keepy-up legend? Got loads of tricks in your locker? The Academy have teamed up with CBBC's Xchange to give you the chance to add to the flair and skill of Euro 2004.
And, if your footy skills can wow the experts in the Match Of The Day team, you could be on your way to the final in Portugal on 4 July. We want you to send us a video of your best keepy-up tricks and the rules are simple.

If you are over 16 and are able to send your video by email then click here. If you're looking for some inspiration just click on the link below to find out how to do some of the hottest tricks on the streets. And once you've mastered all of the above check out how you can put them together in a routine. You can keep up-to-date with how the competition is progressing by coming back to the Academy where we will be showing some of the contenders on a daily basis. And CBBCs Xchange will be featuring all of the action in the under-12 category. You can catch Xchange on the CBBC Channel, Mon-Fri 7.30am (repeated at 1pm) and 5.30pm. The competition closing date is Friday 25 June.
