|Nedved: The Czech Cannon|
|Around the Academy:
There's only one thing a defender should do if they see this boy pull back the trigger.
And that's probably duck. That's if they value their head at all.
Pavel Nedved is the Czech Republic's star performer over the last 10 years and was voted European Footballer of the Year in 2003.
And he's got one of the hardest shots in the business.
Not to mention that he's got a double barrelled weapon!
Although he does favour his left peg, he's one of those incredibly rare talents that possesses two feet!
It wasn't neccessarily something he was born with though.
Ever since he was a kid, Nedved has been an obsessive trainer and has taught himself to be completely two-footed.
When he was at Sparta Prague he would keep practising until the floodlights were turned out.
Being able to cross, pass and shoot with one foot is dangerous enough, but with both? It's a lesson for everybody.
It was back at Euro 96 where his talents first shone on the international stage.
And after strutting his stuff for Lazio for five years, Juventus decided to cough up £25million for his famous feet.
He may be out wide on the left for club and country, but his skill, vision and passing helps Nedved impose himself easily on a game.
Anybody under-estimating the Czech Republic, be warned. This boy could win a game for them single-handedly.
(With his feet that is. You know what we mean!)
