Rangers' Dutch master Arthur Numan
When it comes to football Rangers' Dutch defender Arthur Numan has seen the film, read the book and bought the t-shirt - he has quite literally done it all. The vastly experienced attacking left-back made his international debut for Holland way back in 1992 and he went on to represent his country on 45 occasions. That included appearances at the World Cups of 1994 and 1998 and the European Championships in 1996 and 2000. In five years at Ibrox Numan has amassed a haul of shiny trinkets and baubles that would put a greedy magpie to shame - three Scottish Premier League titles, three CIS Insurance Cups and three Scottish Cup winners medals. Just last week he picked up his third SPL trophy after Rangers pipped their Old Firm rivals Celtic to the post by a single goal in a nailbiting finale to a rollercoaster season. Here Arthur shares his wisdom on cup finals with the Academy - how he prepares for the big day, his fondest memories of Hampden and what Gers skipper Barry Ferguson does before bedtime! And he gives top tips on how you should approach playing in a cup final.
