|Getting back to full pace|
|Around the Academy:
Because of a back injury and a problem with his bowling arm, Jermaine was forced to remodel his bowling action.
He tells the Academy about how he managed to get back to full fitness again.
When I injured my back, I was out of cricket for a year and I didn't play any first class cricket during that time.
But with faith, hard work and dedication I'm really pleased at getting back in the West Indies squad.
Previously I was falling away when I was bowling. But I'm much more upright now which means I'm more consistent with my line.
I'm pleased with myself but there's a lot more work to be done - there's always room for improvement.
Recently I've been getting back to the pace I was bowling before.
I'm just taking my time and looking to serve the West Indies for the next 10-15 years. I feel the full pace will be back consistently soon.
I will give it 100% and once I do that everything will fall into place.
I enjoy bowling with all the bowlers in the West Indian team, They're all aggressive and put 100% into their bowling.
At times when you're not getting it right, the next bowler can cover for you so in that regard I like bowling with Pedro Collins.
