Land those lay-ups with Ade Adepitan
Hi, I'm Ade Adepitan and I play for the Great Britain wheelchair basketball team.

If there's one thing I love it's scoring points - so let's find out how to get as many as possible.

Watch my masterclass:

There are two types of basketball shot - the lay-up and the free throw.

For the lay-up you want to shoot from a 45 degree angle.

Aim for the top corner of the square.

And try to practice with both hands.

The free throw is more mental so you have to stay positive.

Always keep the same routine, this will help you focus on the basket.

And you'll soon be sinking baskets at will!
