Former Brighton Bears star Randy Duck reveals his second shooting masterclass

I'm Randy Duck and until last season I played for the Brighton Bears.

Unfortunately I was forced to retire from the game due to injury but I had a brilliant career.

And now I can pass my wealth of experience on to YOU!

Watch my masterclass

Here's my second shooting masterclass to give you a boost for the season ahead.

First time around we concentrated on the basics of shooting. Remember the B-E-E-F? If you don't, go and remind yourself right now!

Let's face it, you hardly ever have time to set yourself up properly in a game, so these drills will get you used to shooting in match situations.

And the most important thing is to keep practising. It will pay off in the end.

Click on the icon above to watch my second masterclass. You'll be racking the points up in no time.
