Let Errol take you behind the scenes on match day
The run-in to last season's BBL championship reached its usual nail-biting climax. The league is split into the southern and northern conference and the winners of each go through to the semi-finals of the play-offs. I play for the Brighton Bears and we were neck and neck with close rivals London Towers in our division.
And with the final four games left over seven days neither of us could afford to lose. The Bears were up against the mighty Rocks from Edinburgh in front of a packed and very noisy audience at the Brighton Centre. And the Sport Academy was given exclusive access to follow me for the day. Read my diary as I take you through the preparation before tip-off, the highs and lows of the game and my post-match verdict from the physio table.
