Meech throws his weight around for the Cavaliers
I went to an American college called Penn State where I had a very successful junior season in 1993. I led the scoring, rebounds, blocked shots and minutes played. But I like to push myself off the court as well. In between the basketball I've earned a degree in Psychology. I then got my big chance and I finally made it in the NBA with the Cleveland Cavaliers. One famous Hall I moved on to play in France, Greece, Italy and returned to Britain to play for Sheffield Sharks. But I was delighted to get back to the NBA playing for Orlando Magic in 1999. In my first season there I was joint-sixth for the NBA's Most Improved Player and went on to play in all of Orlando's 82 games in the following year. I was also elected for the Hall of Fame after I scored the first basket in the millennium so that's a fantastic honour - especially considering I am still playing. In July 2001 I moved on to Utah Jazz and then last year I headed south to Houston Rockets. I've just recently returned to England to play with Manchester Magic.
