Steve Cram's exclusive BBC tour
Around the Academy:

Steve Cram gives you a tour in the BBC commentary box
Steve has swapped his spikes for a microphone

I'm Steve Cram and you might have seen me running about on a track a few years ago.

I've hung up my running spikes but now I commentate for the BBC's athletics team at all the top events.

You will have probably heard all of our voices but I'm going to take you behind the scenes.

Watch my tour of the BBC commentary box

We've got the best seats in the house so why not find out who gets all our facts and figures and makes us look like the clever ones!

And you'll also meet a few of the stars behind the microphones.
