Tim Benjamin's endurance challenge
Around the Academy:

Can you match Tim's score?
Can you match Tim's score?
Hi I'm Tim Benjamin, Britain's number one 400m runner.

Doing one lap of the track is a hard work so you need endurance to help you finish strong.

This challenge has three exercises in it: Press-ups, sit-ups and half squats.

See how many of each you can do in 20 seconds - so a minute in total.

See Tim's effort:

I did 25 press-ups, 38 sit-ups and 29 half squats. That's 92 in all.

Keep seeing if you can improve your score. It'll help your endurance no end.

Good luck.
