Try the Douglas triple jump challenge
Around the Academy:

Nathan Douglas
Can you keep up with bouncy Nathan?
Hi I'm Nathan Douglas, one of Britain's top triple jumpers.

One of the most important things about triple jump is leg power.

Test yourself by doing three consecutive standing jumps. Give yourself three attempts and measure the best distance.

See how Nathan did:

I did 10.08m. See if you can match it.

Don't forget to use your arms to help with your leverage.

Good luck.
