Do you have the stamina and pace to be a top runner?
It's one of our new challenges and it's sprinting over 60 seconds.
You'll need to be fast and have the strength and lungs to keep going.
Set up a 20m course between two cones - jumpers, or anything will do.
And you just need to keep running between the two markers - back and forth - for one long minute!
Don't forget to count though! It might be easier to get someone else to do the timing and scoring!
No halves count though. So if you finish just short of your eighth run, then seven is recorded.
Get your running shoes and go for gold.
