How far can you jump?
Around the Academy:

How far do you think you can jump without a run-up?

Here's a chance to put your leaping prowess to the test - without any momentum to carry you forward.

The rules are simple - jump as far as you can from a standing position. No form of run-up is allowed!

Mark a point behind the heel nearest to the starting line and then measure how far you have jumped.

Tell us your best distance using the form below and get yourself on the weekly Academy league table.

So what are you waiting for - get out there and show us what you've got!
