To be a top sports star you have to be ruthless, driven and focused. Nice guys just don't make it to the top, right?

Wrong! And if you want proof, take a look at Carolina Kluft.

The Swedish heptathlete has taken the sport by storm - and she's racking up gold medals for fun.

Kluft's mother was a long jumper and her dad a footballer so it's no wonder their daughter is heading for sporting greatness.

But the girl herself is taking all in her stride, and believes the key is enjoying yourself, getting on well with your competitors and to keep on smiling!
