Colin Jackson makes his final bow at the World Indoor Championships
A fond farewell - but no medal at Birmingham

Colin Jackson is no ordinary man.

The Cardiff-born hurdler has achieved enough in his career to be considered a legend.

At the age of 35, Jackson is has hung up his spikes after a glittering career that saw him dominate sprint hurdling and collect a world record as well as an enviable haul of medals.

And if all that wasn't enough, he's also been appointed a CBE in the Queen's birthday honours list.

The Academy caught up with Jackson for a stunning insight into a long and memorable career.
