Fancy yourself as a silver-tongued Six Nations commentator? Reckon you could talk us through all the top rugby action better than the likes of Eddie Butler or Nick Mullins? Could you capture a match-winning moment with a cunning turn of phrase? Or sum up a move with a smooth one-liner? Then we've got just the competition for you! Yes, following the success of our FA Cup commentary competition, the Sport Academy have now teamed up with Grandstand to launch a search for an RBS Six Nations "Mini Mike".
The super prize for one lucky winner will be a pair of tickets to the Calcutta Cup showdown between England and Scotland at Twickenham on 22 March. And there will even be an opportunity to interview some of the players.
All we want you budding microphone magicians aged 8-16 to do is ring in with commentary to accompany one of two top tries from last season's RBS Six Nations tournament. Here's the choice: 1. Ben Cohen's try for England against Scotland at Murrayfield. 2. Scottish star Gregor Townsend's stunning score against Italy. Just choose one of the two clips, then have a phone to hand ready to do your commentary. Calls will be a maximum of one minute long, charged at the national rate. And that number is:08705 12 22 30 Please read the rules and make sure your parent or guardian has agreed before you enter.
