|Serve up your World Cup menu|
|Around the Academy:
Our Food World Cup is well underway, and is turning out to be a sizzling contest between the eight participants.
Each country has placed their national dish on the table and three categories - taste, appearance and nutritional value - are used to score each one.
But do you agree with our verdict or are you craving an alternative feast to satisfy your appetite?
We want YOU to tell us what your favourite meal is and whether you think it would have grilled the opposition.
Just serve up a gut-busting treat that has the right ingredients to more than trifle the rest of the platter.
Don't forget to say why you think your dish is too hot to handle.
Over the next few weeks, we'll choose the best of your delicacies and place them in an alternative Food World Cup draw.
The winner will receive a suitably spicy prize as well as the honour of being crowned Food World Champion 2003.
So, what are you waiting for?
Get cooking up some delicious suggestions and watch this space to see if you've battered your way to victory.
