If you were looking for sporting advice, there are few better places to go than someone with a bagful of Olympic medals.
The Born To Win contestants will have one of Britain's finest ever female athletes training and supporting them.
Sally hit the athletics scene with a bang in 1980 winning all sorts of junior titles and setting a number of records along the way.
It was long jump and heptathlon for Sally during her first few years and as she began to shine on the track she focused on clearing those hurdles.
It turned out to be a fine decision.
She became the UK's number one hurdler and was soon clutching a Commonwealth Games gold in 1986.
