I hope I've done Wales proud Leigh

How can Pat and Fola be in the drop zone twice yet I'm still the one that goes home?

I had a funny feeling I was going but it is a shock though.

Perhaps I was a bit aggressive and maybe I over focused.

I thought the ten second penalty in Swim Shot was harsh and that's what cost me.

I thought I was okay to shoot without goggles but it put me down a couple of places.

I didn't find any of the events that tough but Strike put me off a bit.

Anyone could have won that event it was a lottery.

And the Circuit Jump was hard to take because if I made my last jump I could have been near the top.

But I don't care now it's done.

I'm proud of what I've done though and I'm looking forward to a lie in and some proper food!

I just want to say to all the Welsh people out there that I tried my hardest and I hope I've done Wales proud.
