Channelle and Kelly have both challenged Louise

Louise's defeat to Kelly in Rope Climb signalled another notch being turned up on the pressure cooker between the pair.

Having already tangled with Channelle in Circuit Jump, the manner of Kelly's victory showed that Louise wasn't kind to unwelcome competition.

"I don't mind losing," Louise said, "but I didn't like the way Kelly said she was going to win before the final."

"There is a bit of friction between us."

Whether the friction is based on respect or otherwise the pair have been keeping a close watch on each other from the start.

Kelly said: "My biggest rival is Louise because physically she is just like me.

"Her strengths are my strengths and our weaknesses are the same too.

There have been a lot of mind games already Kelly

"To break someone who is just the same is you is going to be very hard.

"But if we both make it to the grand final, then I'll tackle her then."

Kelly's determination has left her struggling to switch off leading her to become detached from the main group.

Ashley explained: "There's some people here that are constantly competitors."

Louise added: "When people wake up at half eight and they're already doing their stretching and stuff you think, 'just give it a break'."

But Kelly's has seen this as a sign of respect.

"I've found it hard to gel with the other competitors so far but it might be to do with my ability.

"There have been a lot of mind games already but maybe some of the girls feel threatened by me.

"Like the other day I went for a run. And they asked Channelle: "How far did she go? How was she running? Was she coping?"

"I know that's part of sport but I don't reckon there's room for it.

"It's a game and they're playing with your mind and that's when the winners and the losers are going to come through."
