I'm tired and upset but it hasn't really sunk in yet.
I'll probably start crying as soon as I sit down and think about it.
I'm relieved that I gave it 100 per cent but obviously it wasn't good enough to stay out of the drop zone.
I want Sam or Kelly to win.
Louise is the favourite to win but I'm not sure her I want her to.
I got further than I thought I would. I thought I was going out in the third round.
I've enjoyed it but it's been more of a survival thing for me because I've had high and low points.
My worst event was Iron Run and Pedal Power was really hard.
Now I'm going to go home and train hard.
On the bright side I can go home and go shopping for clothes.
