Hugs and a brave face for Cat

I knew I was going to be eliminated. I think they were just waiting for an opportunity to get me out.

I was in the drop zone in week two and I got saved that time.

But since then Sally's basically thought I'm not good enough.

They always thought I had no talent - just great determination - so it didn't come as a shock.

My confidence has grown but this is a knock to it.

I don't know how I'm going to get over this, just eat chocolate I guess.

I'm competitive but obviously not competitive enough.

The worst bit was feeling like I had let myself down in the swimming events.

I've let everyone down who has helped me.

I think Louise will win easily. Out of the competitors left she's the one I've been most friendly with so I hope she wins.
