Muzzy Izzet

Club: Leicester
Position: Midfielder

Muzzy Izzet has been one of Leicester's most influential players ever since he moved from Chelsea in 1995.

He is an attacking midfielder and took his goals tally to double figures in each of the last two seasons.

The 27-year-old was courted by England, but failed to make a breakthrough into the squad.

The Turkish FA then asked Izzet if he wanted to play for their national team.

The midfielder decided to take up the offer and he won the first of his four caps playing against Sweden in Euro 2000.
