Magnus Hedman

Club: Coventry
Position: Goalkeeper

Magnus Hedman has been the first-choice Sweden goalkeeper since the retirement of Thomas Ravelli in 1997.

He has been a great asset for English first division club Coventry City for a number of years.

It is a surprise that he has not made a big-money move to a Premiership club.

Hedman is one the most famous sports stars in Sweden and is married to a Swedish pop star.

The couple are seen as the Scandinavian equivalent of Posh and Becks.
