Park Ji-Sung

Club: Kyoto Purple Sanga
Position: Midfielder

Another attack-minded midfielder, arguably Park's greatest assets are his powerful long-range free-kicks.

They have proved invaluable in the J-League with his present club, although he has only once found the target on the international front.

Another veteran of the Sydney Olympics, he made an impression on the Korean coaching staff in the Asian Cup.

Still only 21, he is well on the road to matching the 100-plus caps of Hong Myung-Bo.
