Kim Byung-Ji

Club: Pohang Steelers
Position: Goalkeeper

The 32-year-old is the character of the Korean squad and remains a popular figure with his country's fans.

He is known for his bizarre hairstyles, his often appalling goalkeeping errors and his sometimes extraordinary behaviour.

He represented Korea in the group stages at USA 94 and France 98 and impressed at the last tournament with his acrobatics.

Sadly, he has struggled to keep his place after a falling out with coach Guus Hiddink.
