Roberto Acuna

Club: Real Zaragoza
Position: Midfielder

Roberto Acuna is one of the most capped players in Paraguay's history and, as playmaker, remains one of the most important men in the team.

Playing in the centre or on the right of midfield he so often sparks Paraguay's play into life and is the source of much of their attacking play.

A magnificent passer of the ball, he also possesses plenty of international experience and is nicknamed "The Bull" because of his strength.

He has played with Real Zaragoza in Spain since leaving Argentine outfit Independiente in 1998.
